abc is financially supported primarily from the fund
raising efforts of the committee and members. Funds have to be
raised from various methods for all our activities - which range from
our monthly meetings and the refreshments provided, to our numerous
group outings. Please see list oppossite.
There
are a number of ways in which we raise money to keep us going, a list
of just a few of them is on the right hand side of this page.

Along with the
generous donations and funding offered from companies and/or
corporations, which are very gratefully received.
We always
welcome donations of items we can use for the above events. Please

CAR BOOT SALES
“Poor weather and boggy fields
prevented us from participating in most car boot sales this summer and
we have only managed one to date. It was, however,
successful with in excess of £80 raised. We were to attend the annual
Hook car boot a few weeks ago but it was cancelled at the last
minute, again because of the weather. Car boot sales are a good source
of revenue for the club.” Trish
